This course develops foundational math skills in early learners. It builds number sense through counting, comparing, ordering, and recognizing patterns, and strengthens addition and subtraction using hands-on models. The course also supports understanding of money, time, measurement, and basic geometry, while promoting problem-solving and active learning.

What will i learn?

• By the end of the course,Ask questions, collect data, and represent information using simple charts and graphs. Identify, create, and extend repeating patterns. Count forward and backward by ones and in groups. Compare and order numbers. Use counting strategies to add and subtract. Add three numbers and understand that addition and subtraction are inverse operations. Regroup ones to make tens using models such as ten-frames and base-ten blocks. Identify coin values and find the total value of a set of coins. Tell time before and after the hour. Compare objects by length, weight, and volume using standard units. Name, compare, and sort geometric shapes. Describe the position of objects in space using positional words.
