This course introduces learners to the
study of water, ecosystems, and cells. Students explore the water cycle,
weather patterns, and the roles of oceans. They learn how living and non-living
components interact in ecosystems, including habitats, niches, and
biotic/abiotic factors. The course also covers human impacts on the
environment. In biology, learners study cell structures, functions, and
organization, including unicellular organisms and the differences between plant
and animal cells, building a foundation for understanding life at both
microscopic and ecosystem levels.
